Account Management

At Geometry, the relationship with the client is a direct and personal one. Our years of experience have taught us that clients want direct access to creative people, who will work closely with them to find relevant solutions to their marketing challenges.

This is exemplified by Geometry’s Directors, Gary O’Connor and Jason Kevitt. We are the points of contact for any new business and projects and we’re also responsible for ensuring that a high standard of client service and design is delivered and maintained at all times. With all-new briefs, after the initial consultation, we take the reins and handle all day to day aspects of the project at hand. Working directly with the client we take them through each stage of the process with continual updates on progress given until the fulfilment of the project.

Our Process

BRIEF
Briefs usually come to us via phone, email or meeting with the client. Our role at this stage is to listen and ask questions, so we can understand the key objectives and quickly establish initial ideas.

RESEARCH
This is when we get to learn about a new client, their business and current ambition. On commencement, we may examine competitor offerings while also evaluating the clients’ current marketing efforts to extract any relevant information that may have value. Anything that will aid us in this discovery period may unlock a creative thought.

DESIGN
Knowledge leads to understanding, and this allows us to flex our creative muscles. Occasionally a great design idea is conceived and visualised quickly, other times, the process requires us to devise several options before a more meaningful solution is arrived at.

PRESENTATION
This is when we get to share. A proposal is built around the creative direction that we’ve conceived. Once presented, a discussion is opened with the client and we listen closely as we refine and tweak until everyone is happy to move forward.

DELIVERY
As we have the approval to move towards the end goals, we move into production mode. Assets are created or commissioned and work across all required platforms are brought to conclusion for final sign off. Then everything goes live.
